Emma is SIM UK’s Head of Operations, based in the Cambridge office.
As a member of the leadership team, Emma’s role is very varied. She likes making things work well through good processes, policy, infrastructure and care for our people. She oversees all of our systems and processes, HR, safeguarding, crisis management and much more – no two days are ever the same!
Emma and her husband are part of the leadership team of a missional community in their village of Willingham, near Cambridge, and they have 3 teenage boys. In her very limited spare time, Emma enjoys walking, swimming, reading and co-leads her local Beaver Scout colony.
